Bed sheets wasn't change ..is supposed to be change every morning but wasn't done . I confronted the cleaner but said is done 2days 2days meaning after we leave before

Location and stage bar specialy the guy showed good hospitality I requested for bath tub I couldn’t get it i nd isn’t informed at reception also that room has no bathtub atleast they should inform because i requested for it also room wast connecting room we couldn’t make music more than 12

Location close to mall Bathroom is terrible, try taking a shower and the shower head will fall on your head, the tiles are extremely slippery ! It’s a hazardous adventure taking a shower

Everything was excellent utmost from security on duty and the receptionist Mr Nhamo.

Eslam The Gentle Man who did check in procedure for us. I request for 2 water bottle from my room to reception they ask me to pay for the water. i was litreally shocked. I Think they judge by Nationality or skin colour.

I had a disappointing experience with the parking facilities at Citymax Hotel. The parking space is very limited, and I parked my car in the location advised by the security staff. Unfortunately, my car was scratched while it was parked there. I expected better parking management and security for guests’ vehicles

I contacted the reception three times and requested that the washroom be cleaned, but nobody came. My requests were ignored, and the washroom was not cleaned during my stay. It was very disappointing.
