The staff is extremely helpful. They delivered orders from Amazon and noon to the room and asked not to bother and get down, while other hotels rudely asked me to get down and get my order because they were busy. I highly appreciated it in this hotel. Another very important thing to me is water. In other hotels I got only two bottles, and when I asked more, I was told that I was allowed to have only two, so I went to the supermarket myself and bought, because I drink a lot of water. In Byblos Elite, they brought four bottles every time, which was extremely pleasant for me. The room was great, with a smart TV, AC with a controllable temperature (which is rare in Albarsha) and a working place for everyday task. The breakfast is very good. The options are basic, but they are fresh and extremely delicious. I read in the previous reviews that people heard sounds from the bar in the hotel during the night and they couldn’t sleep, so I asked a higher floor and I didn’t hear anything and had calm three nights. The parking was full of big cars which stood in the middle of two parking slots taking them both, which made it challenging to park couple of times. I would control this issue if I were the responsible. Besides the parking itself is small (tight driveways) and you need to be careful driving through parked cars.

Only thing nice was mall of Emirates near by. Room A/C weren't working was to cold, bathroom n room weren't clean and pool was very dirty.

The suite was spacious and I could work from home as it was quiet and comfortable. I had everything I needed in the room. Breakfasts were good as well. It was a good experience. Everything was satisfactory

Great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly Specialy Razib of house keeping and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Good value for money—I would recommend this hotel and stay again.
