There property was great and Amira was amazing, she helped us a lot and we celebrated my husband’s birthday which was a wonderful surprise. The restaurant would need a bit more adjustment in terms of refilling the food, accommodation should be a bit more spacious.

Well located and clean property. Decent and well stocked breakfast items. Almas and Amira in reception are incredibly supportive and solution oriented and a pleasure to deal with. The lobby coffee area can be refreshed a bit with more snacks and items that can go along with the coffee selections available.

My stay at this hotel was perfect. The highlight of the stay was the staff, from the first moment I entered the hotel to the last moment after checkout, The whole staff has been amazing, providing a personalized service, very helpful and always with a smile. The location was perfect for me. Well situated in Barsha, a few minutes away by foot to Mall of the Emirates and well connected with taxis and metro. The room was modern, well lit -natural sunlight and good multiple levels of lightings. The aircon was working very well in Dubai June's heat. The room was perfectly cleaned daily. All common areas are very clean. The breakfast room is nice, The breakfast itself is good, not a lot of varieities but good enough to start the day with egg-station and warm and cold options, fresh veggies and fruits, etc. The dinner was a set-menu dinner (6 menus to choose from). The dinner quality was very good but account for 20 minutes approx from order dinner to serving diiner. Overall I enjoyed my stay so much,. My special thanks to Saya, Sunny, Saleta, Hamada and Shishando for their great hardwork and hospitality. Also, the bed was comfortable. Room 123. Not from the hotel staff but the lady standing at the door from the limousine company was a bit of a scam. Not a lot of money but she'd prevent you from getting a local taxi claiming that her cars are at the same price, but the prices are higher than the normal taxis. In my case, it was double the price. I didn't like the way she managed the whole situation and although it was not a big scam, but I didn't like it.

Location of the hotel very close to mall of emirate . Breakfast is very good . Staff is cooperative and helpful.Appreciate the front desk staff SAYA , Alam , Mohammed and Amira .

I truly enjoyed my time in the spa and swimming pool. Amira at the front desk was exceptional in giving some good information about travel and stay. May god bless her?

Location is very good near by the emirates mall Staff are good decent Mr malek in the reception is very representative and keen to make everyone happy Although mr Hamada is a great guy with a beautiful smile
