My family and I had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly, courteous, tactful, and professional, and they made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms and facilities were clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to stay again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! The only minor issue we experienced was the size of the bathrooms. While we appreciated having two bathrooms, they were quite small, which made them a little uncomfortable to use. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Location is good. The family suite had an odd configuration for the washroom. Other than, it was a good and spacious room.

Location Staff are not that welcoming. Washroom is already old and not that updated. Carpet smells urine. Breakfast is not pleasing. No option for noodles or rice and it was weekend when we checked in. Even the basic pancake and croissant was literally hard when you eat it. Live station is on the other side of the restaurant.i even have to ask a staff where it was. there was no instruction they even have it. Room was not comfortable. I requested for a cooler room because i have asthma but the reception team still booked me into a room which is not that comfortable. I had a hard time sleeping because of the temp. I checked out and the reception did not even asked how was my stay. Please do better Novotel Suites Mall Avenue. Im an Accor member i have high impression on Novotel from other branches. I am a fan of Novotel Al Bustan in Abudhabi.

Staff was generous in offering an upgrade and accommodating early check-in. They were so welcoming! I did not expect a frig or electric kettle in the room, and the included buffet breakfast was above my expectations. Nothing

My check-in date was 27th May 2026 around noon time. As my previous stay was very good I opted this hotel though it was little far. However, this time i was totally disappointed. Staff at the reception who checked-me in was not at all nice. She gave me a lower floor, Since I was with my family and my daughter I have requested for a higher floor which straightaway denied. When step in to my room it was dirty and very bad smell. View was totally bad. Ac was not working, then the support staffs came and cleaned the filters and it was somehow manageable then!! Again, next morning I ask for a late check-out as I was expeting a visitor that also the front office staff next on 28th morning hours rejected. All in all my stay at Novotel Al Barsha was very disappointing!!! Staff behavior at reception, room cleanliness, pool was too crowded

Everything from the staff to the room were excellent. Maryam and Bashir were amazing, friendly, and always on top of everything. They made our stay there more enjoyable, and in moments of crisis with Iran, we felt very safe and understood.
