Good There were no slippers in the room to wear, nor was there a toothbrush to clean teeth, nor was there any extra tissue in the room or in the bathroom. You would have to take care for this thing.

Room I needed assistance with printing, simply receiving email contact to print out items. I never received it. I called from hotel room, from my phone number, I messaged in booking.com app. Never received it. It was extremely stressful staying here I couldn’t do my work It was advertised as Sen support with green bracelet to me. It’s not good for people with autism and simple requests. Very stressful.

I have stayed many very High end hotels - never got this quick service. Bonus points for cleaning staff Internet disconnection every 24 hours - I booked for 7 nights - then please ask for re-authentication post 7 days. Not every day. Very embarrassing situation during two office calls. Bathroom needs to have a tub

Room: Excellent, noise free, clean, spacious, bright I like the sun light excellent cooling. TV programs were limited. Location: Excellent: Central to MAll / Stores / Mosque / Transportation. Loved it Breakfast: N/A Internet reset after 24 hours. If I am a guest for X days - then it must remain active for the duration. IT team needs to setup and do their magic. I was cut off in middle 3 important afternoon meetings. This needs to be fixed.

Wonderful staff - The moment I arrived outside the hotel (it was 6am) , Usman quickly helped me with the luggage and Chan greeted me with her best smile as well as checking me into a nice room. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Very happy with my stay! Nothing
