The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are very spacious and clean. Some items were missing from the washroom, such as a toothbrush, toothpaste (Colgate), and slippers.

Location Amenities were not there. Cleaning is not done every day. There is no facility to watch the World Cup

Location closer to the Airport My recent stay was very disappointing and fell far short of what I would expect from a hotel advertising itself as five stars. Upon arrival, there was no concierge available to assist with luggage, so I had to manage my suitcases myself. The room was clearly dated, and the desk chair was partially broken. Housekeeping was also inconsistent and only attended my room after I called to request the service. If you're considering booking half board, I would advise against it. The weekday dinner offering was extremely basic, with very limited choice and quality that did not reflect a five-star hotel. The level of service was another major disappointment. When I approached the concierge for assistance, he appeared far more interested in his phone than in helping guests. He barely engaged in conversation and ultimately provided incorrect information. The pool area was equally underwhelming. The sunbeds and mattresses were old, worn out, and torn, giving the entire area a neglected appearance. I travel extensively for business and have stayed at many hotels across Dubai. Based on that experience, I would not consider this a five-star property. It feels much closer to a three-star hotel. The hotel suffers from significant service issues, staff who appear disengaged and unhappy—particularly in the restaurant—inconsistent housekeeping, outdated rooms, and a very poor dining experience. I hope this review helps future guests set realistic expectations before booking.

Water leak in the room it was embarrassing for me with the friends I have invited them. Arrived at the hotel to find the room was with leakage and the room needs lots of maintenance. The shower not working to an extend you need a muscles to switch it on. The other room shower was broken. Surprised that this hotel is 5 star Forget about the money that was cheap but become so bad compared the offer it’s embarrassing really embarrassing usually I never complain but what happened is beyond the limit

Generally it’s so convenient and comfortable, the location is accessible. The staff are helpful and friendly. I have accommodated on the preferred check-in and check-out timings. American breakfast is way better than a meal included in the package. Noise is inevitable but i prefer a quiet room next time. Lavatory was clogged, toiletries were incomplete, no bath robes, tables were not properly cleaned.

Nothing The AC was not working and my friend bathroom was not working. We told them to fix it and they didn’t they just keep us wait and wait. We keep on waiting for Fridays and nothing happen. And the location is bad

Only it’s entrance It was not clean as it was supposed to be My request was not completed even though i mentioned about my special occasion as couple . The amenities were less than average .
