Nice room Parking for guest are not designated properly. They are allowing club goers to Park in the parking area and room guests are asked to wait until 4 am to wait for parking space.

Nothing Took them more than an hour to do the check in. Booking two rooms for a total of 6 unable to connect them. Each room has one towel. Breakfast quality is very bad. No valet parking no staff to help with luggage no security. A hotel working with the minimum manpower.

Train view smells like dust, room has dust, pool doesn’t have attendee staff (lifeguard) water in the lift, two staff only in the reception, no one call us before 12:00 for check out reminder at least, we didn’t get chance to take shower no lights at all in the room and toilet, booking.com send me messages that there’s a foot spa promotion on the saloon but we didn’t get it they said it’s from two months ago. it’s disappointing. first ever hotel that disappointed us to the highest level.

Location is accessible to anything.. There are bedbugs and cockroaches in my room. Please ensure to sanitize and do pest control, as Ramada is a 4-star hotel. It should be spotless, clean, and tidy.
