What I liked most about the property was the excellent service provided by all the staff. Everyone, from the reception team to the facilities and Security staff, was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower. It is quite old and should be replaced or upgraded. The shower design caused water to spill all over the bathroom floor while showering, making it inconvenient. Improving the shower would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and very accommodating throughout our visit. We arrived at the hotel at 12:30 PM, and even though it was before the standard check-in time, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated after our journey. On our first night, the washing machine in our room was faulty. We reported the issue, and the team responded immediately by replacing it. We were impressed by how quickly they resolved the problem. During check-in, we also requested a clothing drying rack. We were initially informed that one was not available, but later that evening, the staff delivered one to our room. We really appreciated their effort to fulfill our request. Before our departure, the hotel also granted us a late check-out since our flight was scheduled for the evening. This thoughtful gesture made our last day much more comfortable and stress-free.

The cleaner’s performance is generally acceptable; however, it has been observed that cleaning is not being done thoroughly, and required housekeeping procedures are not consistently followed.

The hotel has alot of restaurants and Supermarket. Very spacious and good value for money

Staff were friendly and helpful It was not well cleaned, no enough parking, some items were not provided which you have to ask for them and no batteries for TV remote control.

Big rooms. Excellent location, just 7 mins walk to Al Rigga Metro station. The staff are all friendly from the receptionist to the security guard and most specially the housekeeping staff. Nothing, all good.

Customer service, staff and internet connection was brilliant. It has a brilliant swimming pool where the kids enjoyed a lot. Cleaning and room service were also good. Location has everything it’s close to all the restaurants supermarkets and malls. We definitely going back. Sometimes it can be very noisy outside but other that all good ?

When i need to extra days , they told me no room and i am leave in hotel . But i am told them before day from the check out need to more days. They told me check out from hotel.

The room was large and had everything needed. The room are not renovated, but still good quality for money.
