The room size is very good, and the furniture is nice. The internet connection is excellent—one of the best I have ever experienced in Dubai. Overall, the staff are helpful. I was given an awful room (#203) at check-in, which lacked a bathtub and was infested with cockroaches and insects. The fridge was also damaged. At that time, I was told it was the only available room, which I felt was incorrect; it seemed they just wanted to get rid of this undesirable room. Unfortunately, I had to accept this room because I had just come from a long trip and needed to sleep. I added a picture for the cockroach on the room wall. I requested a room change, and after a couple of days, I was moved to another room (#204), which is where I based my feedback. The cable TV did not work in either room and remained non-functional for the entire 10 days, despite repeated promises that it would be fixed soon. This room was infested with cockroaches as well. The room lacks a safe; providing one would not cost the hotel much and would be very helpful for customers. Overall, the hotel is in dire need of renovation and requires thorough pest control. There is also an unpleasant smell on the roof level. These issues could easily be addressed by hotel management, so I am unsure why they remain unresolved. It gives the impression that someone somewhere is either careless or is intentionally harming the reputation of this hotel.

Just the location Unfriendly staffs and rude. Unclean lobby, rooms and toilets. Even they didn’t leave towels for us.. this is the horrible hotel I have visited in Dubai and plz don’t recommend this place to anyone
