The views and location The checkin and checkout process is very slow and support doesn’t response timely.

The hotel has a beautiful design, a great location, impressive views, and a lively atmosphere. The restaurants and overall concept of the property are visually appealing and luxurious. Unfortunately, the service and the way our concerns were handled did not match the standards expected from a luxury hotel. During our three-night stay, we experienced repeated housekeeping disturbances, including four separate knocks on our door without requesting service. When we raised this concern, we were told that this was normal and that we should have activated the Do Not Disturb button, rather than receiving an apology or reassurance. We also experienced two vehicle-related incidents involving the valet service. Our Rolls-Royce was damaged following a delay in valet assistance, and our Cadillac Escalade was later returned with a flat tire. Although we raised these matters both by email and in person, we did not receive a transparent investigation, a satisfactory explanation, or a meaningful resolution. What disappointed us most was the lack of empathy and accountability from management. Instead of feeling supported, we felt that our concerns were dismissed and responsibility was shifted back onto us. We came here expecting a peaceful stay, but most of our time was spent dealing with stress and unresolved problems.

Amazing Facilities. TOP Staff. Check in and check out were terrible, staff are not friendly nor helping enough. Staff attitudes especially those working in the reception. + I came @ 3 PM and the room was not ready. There were not even a welcome drink offered which what would be expected in a 5 start hotel in such a hot hotel.

We had an amazing stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. A special thanks to Rami and Jihad at the front desk they were incredibly kind, patient, and always happy to help. They made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Although I stayed for just one night, every aspect of my visit exceeded my expectations.
