Starting from the front desk, the lady who was in the reception she helped to have an early check in and she upgraded me to a Superior king room as well and when I requested for a late check out they helped with that too. They were so helpful tbh. And I loved the room it was so spacious. Everything was like 10/10

Everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The location was perfect, providing easy access to nearby attractions and services. The food quality was great, and the overall atmosphere made the stay enjoyable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience. Nothing. Everything was excellent and well organized. The hotel provided a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out.

The Hotel Staff was very Welcoming n Cooperative.Cleanliness was top notch.Room cleaning was on time.Generally everything was gud I was charged 100 Dirhams for early check-in.This was my second experience n I didn't feel gud as I had requested for early check in.Also if am checking out at 6am why don't u consider the early check-in.The Breakfast was pretty ordinary after charging a lot of money for it.It seems like everyone was on trial basis esp when making eggs.I was not happy at all Abt the breakfast.next time will not pay for it.

I was upgraded for free. The room was pure luxury. Very spacious with all the needed amenities and nice view on the city. Think curtains can be used to darken the room and have some rest. A big workstation. The bathroom has both : standing shower and a bathtub. Breakfast is fresh and varied. Staff is extremely polite , professionnal and friendly. Free Parking is available. Free Wi-fi is very fast. Nothing negative.

Friendly staff I would like to highlight several concerns regarding my recent stay. Firstly, the photos presented online are misleading and do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. This created expectations that were not met upon arrival. Secondly, I was requested to pay a security deposit of AED 280 at check-in, which was not disclosed at any stage during the booking process. Additionally, despite having checked out, the deposit has not yet been refunded, which is concerning. Furthermore, the air conditioning and ventilation system were inadequate, resulting in an uncomfortable stay. The pillows were also of poor quality and did not provide sufficient comfort. Overall, the experience fell below expectations, particularly in terms of transparency and basic comfort standards.
