I had a very disappointing experience with Gulf Inn Hotel Deira Dubai. They promote free booking, but in reality, they collect payment much earlier than most hotels. Their refund policy is extremely poor. I contacted them multiple times regarding my refund, but they either did not respond or replied after a very long delay. Eventually, they refused to refund any amount. I strongly advise future guests to be very careful with “free booking” offers, as it may still result in zero refund.

location is okay. So many hidden charges. The beddings have stains. The bidet is broken and the bathroom is not clean. There is no cold water option for taking bath and the water is too hot to use for bathing. The door automatic lock is not working properly. The toiletries are not good mostly the soap looks like it is long time kept there. The bath towel color looks worn out. The aircon is not that cold enough to suffice the whole room. No room Slippers to use.

it was an awful experience very dirty rooms and bathrooms the bathroom has a lot of things need to be fixed, most of the things were not working well. it is never suitable for a family and even for couples they have 2 discos as well, and the music was very loud. there is a place for parking, but actually it is used as carpentry shop and no place for parking off course sufficient to park my car. everything
