Housekeeping staff Bhar did a beautiful bed decoration setup on our arrival. Taher and Sumithra cleaned our room during our stay and their service was excellent. The breakfast, pool, and gym services were all very good. The hotel is in a nice location and was very clean throughout our stay. As a small suggestion, the floor lift area could be improved with smaller tables and lamps, which may create a better appearance and attraction. The lobby and ground floor could also be decorated more beautifully to enhance the overall ambiance.

It was a smaller hotel but great stay nonetheless. I love that they were pet friendly, and staff were so accommodating and helpfull. The room was nice also great location. And me and my family’s favorite was they Shampoo and Soap in the room, brand is Zero, it was AMAZING we’ll be purchasing for our house too. The blanket was kinda dirty especially when its hit with direct sunlight, and the fluff was coming out of it so we just had small fluffs around the bed because of this. And the breakfast is not diverse, most hot options were for indians.

Water dispenser in the room. Thats pretty good idea getting rid of plastic bottles.

And special thanks to the amazing very helpful and magnificent Egyptian reservation lady, sorry dont recall her name as i was outside the hotel in noisy area as she was more than professional and caring to support my request till closure..

The night shift receptionist lacks understanding when explained that the bed sheets and pillowcase are dusty and was told that they cannot change the sheets.

Room is really clean and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming especially Mohammed and the lady from Front Office. I love the idea of water dispenser for sustainability.
