Good location, near metro station and Mall of Emirates. Many restaurants, stores, salons near by, so convenient. The B2 parking area had a very strong and foul odor that was quite overwhelming. In the room, the water pressure was quite low, and the TV was non-functional as it wouldn't connect to any service (I had to use my own HDMI cable to connect my laptop). Additionally, the fridge didn't cool properly, and the pool closing at 7pm felt much too early.

The reception staff is very polite and professional. They accommodate with care and guide on everything.

The last few days of my stay were great, thanks to Norena, who helped me a lot in sorting out the issue with my name on the invoice related to my last booking. Without her assistance, it would not have been resolved with Agoda. She made the communication very smooth throughout the process, and whenever she handled or explained the situation, everything was clear and resolved much more efficiently. She was also very kind in granting me a late check-out, especially since my flight had been delayed and disrupted several times. Being able to stay comfortably in my room a bit longer made a big difference, and I truly appreciate her help, professionalism, and kindness. So far, everything else has been sorted out. However, the fridge in room 303 was not working during my stay. Additionally, the hook for the towel was loose and not properly fixed to the wall, and it eventually fell off. It would be good if the maintenance team could check these fixtures regularly to ensure everything in the room is properly functioning and secured.

My check-in experience was smooth, and I would like to commend Rizik, the receptionist from Indonesia, for her warm and welcoming attitude. She made a very positive first impression and set a good tone for the start of my stay. However, I encountered some issues on my third day when I requested to change rooms. I clearly asked for a non-smoking room that was away from the mosque, without a drain smell, and not a corner room. Unfortunately, the receptionist who assisted me at that time did not seem to fully pay attention to these requests. She gave the key to a security staff member to show me the room. In my opinion, security personnel should remain at their post in the lobby, and room viewings should be handled by the concierge, bellman, or a front desk associate. When the security officer showed me the room, it turned out to be a smoking room and the smell was very unpleasant. We had to return to the front desk, where I again explained that I specifically needed a non-smoking room away from the mosque and not a corner room. However, the receptionist kept repeating that all rooms were the same size, even though that was not the concern I had raised. I repeated my request twice, but it seemed there was a misunderstanding. Eventually, I agreed to another room, but when I tried to access it, my key had been deactivated. I had to return to the front desk once again to have it reactivated, which was quite inconvenient and added unnecessary hassle.
