Everything other than the beach! The shoreline of the beach was dirty. Lots of garbage like old flyers, drink tops, plastic etc. very small area and not well maintained.

Видимо, все хорошо в сравнении. Я не фанат этого отеля и не бывает отель без недостатков. И здесь они есть. Но! Это отель 5 звезд. И это уже сейчас редкость. Это хорошие, добротные, настоящие 5 звезд. Это уровневый отель. По нему можно сверять соответствие пяти звездам. Понравился сервис. Хотя, в целом он в Эмиратах высокий. Меня раньте заселили и позже выселили. Для меня при пятой ночевке по одной ночи за последние даа месяца это было важно. Получился реально мини отпуск: успела оценить и все рестораны, сервисы и пр. Просторная комната, питание на уровне, сервис на уровне и пр. И это не просто слова. За эти два месяца я была в нескольких 5зв. На Palm и это реально единственный отель, соответствующий уровню 5зв. Хороший СПА, можно отдохнуть в прохладе. Очень понравился контраст светлого воздушного отеля и пабов и ресторанов на первом и втором этаже. Такой контраст, как будто отдельные уголки другого мира. Молодцы, что держите уровень! Я не считаю отель идеальным. Кухня хорошая, точно 5 звезд, соки свежевыжатый, красиво, место много сервис, еды много, все очень хорошо, но не так много всего что прямо очень вкусно. Хотя бы одно горячее блюдо на ужин, но должно быть очень очень хорошим. Пляж можно было бы почистить получше, вернее, сам пляж просто идеальный, песок, оборудование все очень в хорошем состоянии, но вот к сезону хорошо бы купальную немного почистить, хотя не критично. Но, опять таки в сравнении..,

The hotel was fabulous and the staff super nice and caring. The coffee machine in the room didn't work so well.

> The only things I didn't like were that drinks were not included with dinner—not even water, which I found disappointing. Also, there was often a noticeable smell of food in the hallway outside the rooms, which wasn't very pleasant. Other than that, everything else was excellent, and I really enjoyed my stay.

Great location and aside from pool and sea side amenities, there is private walk way where you can use for a walk or jog even at night. Restaurant is also very good and the personnels are very attentive to the customers and service oriented. Only observation is the booking for Half Board regading dinner during weekdays which is not reflected in the time of booking that we will get restaurant credit of 150 dhs each for an ala-cart dinner and the hotel buffet is only every Thursdays to Saturdays. Also pool timing is from 9am till 7 pm is quite hot during summer days. It will be more okay if it will begin earlier say 7 am so that the guest like us can go for swimming before the sun will be on its peak. We did not used the pool due to this. Minor observation in our room, the electric kettle is not going for auto off when it reach the boiling point and the shower in the bath tub area, we observed some rusty water initially when we open it on our first day but these are only minor and doesn’t matter with us. All went well and your staffs are courteous and service oriented.
