. Reception staff - indian man and indian women was not friendly with children- bed smell was not good - breakfast was under normal - hotel dirty

Don’t you think I like about the building is the valet I didn’t like about it the hotel there is no food in the night. It takes ages to bring you ice or water.

Have deducted 2000 AED from my bank without discussion or approval for some damages I have noticed once I left the hotel that my balance was charged by 2000 Aed(600$) Once I called they told some damage was happened in the sink I do not know about it and they have been received the room after check out and once I get back home they deducted money and told the reason If you have some issue you have to show me first where that damage and what is the cost to repair Untill now i do not know what was that damage So you have to take care don not touch any thing otherwise you will be charged with clarification If you are planning to pay 5000$ for three days stay Keep another 2000 for damage

The worse hospitality I have ever seen The worse hospitality I have ever seen Except they kick out of your room from 7:00am till 11:00 am or any time they want as it happened to me..

The location is good. But they have zero hospitality with no manner. From the level of reception till the level of operation manager. The stuff are rude they kept knocking the door three times times from 10:20AM wants me to check out of the hotel before the check out time. I couldn’t sleep honestly and they destroyed my day.

The facilities The stuff are rude and not even respecting anyone. The check out in this hotel start from 7:00am till 12:00 if you refuse to leave before the check out time they will keep bothering you knocking your door with non- stop It happened to me while am staying at their hotel. when I talked to the duty manager he kept saying sorry but the message was clear enough to keep bothering and annoying guests.

Really bad experience ❗️UNSAFE HOTEL — NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR GUESTS’ BELONGINGS We stayed at this hotel and experienced the disappearance of an expensive, newly purchased iPad from the hotel’s luggage storage area after check-out. What is particularly shocking is the hotel’s complete refusal to accept any responsibility whatsoever for the safety and security of guests’ belongings. The hotel has effectively completely removed itself from any responsibility for the preservation of property belonging to its guests and customers. Despite the fact that the iPad disappeared while our belongings were stored in an area designated and controlled by the hotel, the hotel refuses to properly assist in locating the missing device. The hotel has not provided the CCTV footage and has not demonstrated any meaningful effort to help establish what happened. Instead, the attitude was essentially: “Deal with it yourselves — we have nothing to do with it.” This is an absolutely unacceptable level of service and customer care. A hotel should take the security of its guests and their belongings seriously, especially when guests’ luggage is being stored on the hotel premises. Instead, this hotel completely distances itself from the situation and leaves the customer alone to deal with the consequences. The hotel’s response has been full of excuses and a complete refusal to take responsibility or provide meaningful assistance. This raises serious concerns about the safety of guests and their personal belongings. For regular customers of this hotel chain, this experience is especially disappointing. You may stay at the hotel, leave your belongings in an area provided by the hotel, and still apparently receive no meaningful support if something disappears. Terrible service. No accountability. No We strongly recommend that guests be extremely careful with their valuables and do not assume that their belongings are safe simply because they are inside the hotel or stored in an area designated by the hotel.

الموظفين بشوشين، الفندق نظيف، اطلاله جميلة جداً، المسبح في السطح عالم جميييل جداً، والقيمة اجمل واجمل سبب عدم اعطاءه 10/10 1- بوفيه الريوق اقل من عادي 2- مغسلة الحمام ليس لها باب فاي استخدام لها مزعج جداً للي نايم ، وايضا طريقة الحمام غريبة وغريبة وغير مريحة للزوار تصميم تفلسف ماله داعل
