Breakfast should be served within the same property. Guests should not be required to walk approximately 300 meters to another building, especially in the heat, in order to have breakfast.

Great hotel with exceptional service, I really enjoyed my stay. Pristine clean rooms and facilities, everyone from housekeeping to servers and management is so kind and professional. Wonderful concierge services, special thanks to Hari, Irshad, Dinesh, and Ali. Very good breakfast, beautiful and peaceful beach, great rooftop pool and a good location. I cannot say that I didn’t like anything in particular, but there are some areas that could benefit from some refreshing. For example, carpets in the hallways need some duct cleaning as well as the curtains. Also, the rooftop area walls should be freshly painted and repaired. However, these are really minor fixes.

Everything amazing

Location on the palm was nice, facilities good , nice pool I had a bad experience right from the start. When I arrived at the hotel, my room wasn’t ready, so I had to leave my luggage at the reception desk. Once the room was finally available and my bags were brought up, I was shocked to discover that more than €2,500 was missing from my bag. I immediately notified the hotel, and they started an "investigation," but it yielded no results. They even asked me to check if I had accidentally left the money at home. However, that was impossible, as there was still about €450 left in the bag. What felt incredibly strange was that the luggage handler disappeared the very next day, and I never saw him again. I am absolutely convinced my money was stolen during that time, as it was the only moment I left my bag unattended, and I confirmed there was no extra cash left back at home. I am deeply disappointed by how this incident was handled.

Great location..very friendly and courteous staff Valet wait times to get your car are too long. That is honestly my only gripe about the experience.

The rooms weren't very big, but they were comfortable, well-furnished, and had some nice high-tech features. For example, there was a switch in the bathroom connected to the TV, so you could listen to music or whatever was playing while taking a shower. The beds were comfortable, and the room had both a kettle and a coffee machine. Glass bottles of water were provided every day, and you could also request more if needed. We also had access to the lazy river at the nearby hotel, which was a really nice surprise. We had such a relaxing stay—it's the kind of place where you can completely switch off and unwind. The gym was much bigger than you usually find in hotels and was well equipped. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was good overall, with a nice variety of fruits, vegetables, and other options. It wasn't anything exceptional, though. I think many hotels in the area offer a similar breakfast, so it just didn't stand out to me. Still, there was plenty to choose from, and we always found something we enjoyed. One small suggestion for the breakfast: you can order omelets and sunny-side-up eggs, but Eggs Benedict isn't on the menu. When I asked, one of the ladies kindly offered to make me a poached egg, which I really appreciated. It would be great if Eggs Benedict were added to the breakfast menu in the future. There were a few things we didn't like. The bed linen had a slight smell, as if it wasn't completely fresh, which was a bit unpleasant. The room door also wasn't sealed very well, and there was a gap at the bottom where you could see light from the hallway. It wasn't a major issue, but it would be better if the door fit more tightly. There was also some construction work going on nearby. Luckily, we only heard the noise during the day and not at night.

Lobby is cozy, bedroom was really nice and cozy - although a bit tight, friendly staff, breakfast buffet had various options of everything, a lot of seating-no crowd, the design of rooftop swimming pool and the beach The receptionist accepted my comments and promised to deliver it to the management but anyway my vacation ended and I didn’t get the chance to enjoy it! Arrival moment, tight space to drop off and the valet team weren’t so friendly. I asked to get a full sea view deluxe room on a high floor, I got a partially sea view room on Level 4, not sure if this was the best but I skipped it because I was so optimistic with the rooftop pool. Nobody highlighted that the pool close at 6 PM for changing to night shift (Paid Entry), which doesn’t allow to be in the pool during sunset, I went to the pool at 5:30 and then the staff told me it’s closing soon, so I had the chance to stay there for only 30 mins, this was really disappointing since I came to see the pool I went after that to the beach, then the staff told me it’s closing at 7 PM, another disappointment, I felt like I didn’t utilize my time there since the opening and closing times are not ideal and no clear information are provided to the guest so he can plan his stay. I left the hotel with staying for 30mins in the pool and only 1hr at the beach that’s it!

I booked with breakfast and paid in reception and after paying , they said without breakfast

The breakfast was an international cuisine and it was great. What I really like the was the infinity pool at the rooftop with a 180 degree view of the palm. In addition, NH collection give us an option to take our breakfast at dukes hotel and also allow us to access their pool in Dukes. I can hear the noise from the other room whose playing a music while we are inside our room and especially when we are walking in the hallway. It’s not really disturbing but that’s what we have observed.

The pool was amazing and the breakfast was epic The service was not up to the standard. Example. No shampoo in the room. No coffe in the room. We call for the coffe. Never arrived. No valet parking. And it was a headache to park.

Overall the hotel is neat and clean. During our visit, one of the staff members treated us very poorly. He asked where I was from in a rude and judgmental way, and his attitude made me feel as though I could not afford to stay at the hotel. This was upsetting and disrespectful. Near the beach pool, another staff member also refused to give us a towel, saying towels would not be provided after 6:30, even though the policy clearly said the facility was open until sunset. This experience made us feel unwelcome and disappointed. Such behavior should never happen to any guest, and I hope it is addressed so no one faces this in the future.

Nice location, Very good breakfast, clean room, kids club area which is very helpful for families travelling with kids / toddlers. Overall great stay I booked for premium sea view room of course for higher rate than usual standard room but there was building right in front of us so 8/10. Upon checking again with reception staff they informed, it is Sea view room. I understand some sea view from balcony is possible and may be this room was the last one in series of sea view rooms. So could have allocated room with better view for 10/10 review :)

Staff is rude and charge me 900 dharma by mistake and still wait for refund

They need to work about late night services like food ice drinks
