Breakfast was average , Also no restaurants in the hotel are open except for breakfast. Also the room dinning menu not working.

Huge infinity pool and mini lazy river suitable for young children. Decent indoor pool for use during summer.

The room was spacious, and the hotel’s services were excellent. The staff were friendly, highly responsive, and always willing to help. The breakfast was also very good. The only drawback was that breakfast was served at a nearby hotel. Transportation between the two hotels relied on a single buggy, which made the return trip inconvenient and poorly organized, especially during busy periods.

We had so much fun during our stay!! We would like to thank Ms. Melody for assisting us during our check ins and providing us the good and clean Deluxe Suit. Inshallah we will come back again next time. only our concerns about the breakfast and dinner it must be scheduled daily inside the Dukes hotel only not to shift to another hotel as the weather now is so hot. And yes, there is a free buggy rides but you need to have a patience for waiting.

Pools are amazing and temperature controlled -breakfast quality and variaety less than average - Room AC spent 1 day to chane from 26 to 24 - lightening is coming to room once sunrise because the dinning area as very light curtains - sofa bed for kids is so hard - they were do room painting to the next room - no place in hotel to watch fifa matches . They said go to NH collection nearby , they are charging 150 per person

She was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to departure. Her friendly smile and willingness to help truly made a difference and reflected the high standard of customer service at the hotel. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Dubai!
