The room and breakfast were great, but what we loved most about the hotel were the events we hosted for my son's first birthday. All our guests commented on how delicious the food was and how friendly and attentive the staff were. We truly recommend this hotel! Overall, it was an excellent experience. None

I like the Hyatt hotels, and the location is perfect. But it’s not my expectation for 4 stars hotels. I feel like better the 3 stars hotels.? The Amenities is not good and the food for buffet specially the breakfast was not great. Price is not meet my standards and to be honest food is not good for 4 stars hotels. The staffs also was not helpful. When you request something it’s take millions hours before it comes or you need to follow up. ?↔️

One thing I did not like about the property was the way the fire alarm incident was handled. When the fire alarm went off, the management did not take immediate action to inform guests that it was a false alarm. As a result, many guests, including myself, rushed down the staircase to evacuate the building. Better communication from the management would have helped avoid unnecessary panic and confusion.
