Very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and the check-in process was smooth. The room had noticeable noise and slight vibrations from the neighboring room, likely due to the gypsum partition walls. Otherwise, the room was spotless and comfortable.

All of the staff, without exception, were exceptionally friendly, respectful, and wonderful. Their professionalism and kindness made the experience truly outstanding. The water pressure in the shower is very weak. Please take this issue seriously, as it needs to be addressed. Thank you.

It was a good place to stay, near to Metro and Deira city centre, staff were helpful and kind, specially Melistor, we literally seen him everywhere, at the bar, breakfast and room order. And Mr. Singh who is looking after the pool. The fact that I booked through booking.com they can’t add the loyalty point that I have (ALL 3081031743329C3I - Ricky Lentey) I tried to send the email about the matter but still they can’t add point to my loyalty membership, if I know this matter, I would not book through booking.com. And it’s a shame, I was about to extended my stay u til 15th May, since I don’t get the loyalty point why would I have to extend at IBIS, so much for loyalty which change the guest perspective, at the end is not loyalty for me if there is no flexibility.
