This hotel is in a prime location, and what I loved most was its cleanliness, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They made both my son's stay and mine truly enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It’s location, opposite Deira City Centre Mall and metro station. The staff was very nice and accomodating.

The booking was well honored, even when we arrived late due to flight delay. The concierge met us right at the entrance of the hotel while we were getting out of the cab, which was the first great experience! Throughout the stay, it was pleasant and good. Although initially we were checked into a different room since our requested smoking room was not available. We had to wait a bit for the requested smoking room. We were initially checked into a different room and were told that the designated room would be available in 30 minutes. However, it was not available until late next day.
