Khalidia Palace Hotel Dubai

day 2 - total mess in breakfast, useless waitresses, shortage of food, tea not refilled for hours, has to leave without it, juices , fruits, no one to see refilling. checout - I was advised to take shuttle to airport without asking which terminal I have to go, dropped me half way at t3, whre as i have to go to t1, then no coperation to drop me at t1, left me in middle with so much of luggage at t3. No coperation from staff members to ensure dropping me at right terminal .

I really enjoyed my stay at the Khalidia Palace. The location, the staff, the breakfast, the room... everything was beyond expectation. Will definitely book again.

In booking.com this Hotel was advertised as 5 star Hotel, certainly it's not 5 star standard and hot water was the issue many times I complained but it was not repaired.

The location is great. Staff are friendly although we asked for extra bottles of water and they refused to give us as they already put two in the room. AC in the room is not user friendly and you can’t control it easily. There was distinct smell from the pillows probably because of the use of bad detergent

The staff isn't professional

the breakfast is excellent with a very good variety the location is also good with a good connection to everywhere nothing

And they didn't want to send invoice

The room was clean and the gym was clean I felt very horrible for reserving in the hotel even-though it was suppose to be a 5-star hotel , but the hotel was so crowded were even in the rooms couldn’t have a proper sleep were kids and random people literally screaming from their rooms and the hallway and even that I complained nothing happened , it was a horrible nightmare for me and my wife , also for the room services I had to wait like 30 min for anything to happen …. Parkings in the basements were all full even to park on sides was full . Really waste of money could have got better hotel and location with same rates…..

It was a good room. First of all the AC was not working or cooling at all despite of us asking the hotel several times to fix the issue. They should have changed the room!!Secondly, the breakfast menu was mostly Indian cuisine. But they had other minor options.

The morning buffet and lunch the pool and the sitting area The place is not cold enough we been waiting for almost the whole day to bring the temperature to at least decent temperature of 23 c but it stuck to 24.5c the whole day. Only on the second day the temperature come down to 23.
