I check in twice but there incomplete toiletries like tissue and shampoo only ones shower gel and toothbrush and toothpaste..

Hotel normally book 2 person and the second person they charge

Nothing They charge for parking 50 dirham, 100 if you have visitors.. no hot water for shower

Bathroom broke Sink broke only engineer helped me one time employees very very very roud. No phone service what so ever if anyboday have a heart attac.\nK no one there to help you

It’s was good ,specially have to mention the wonderful lady at the reception. She was incredibly welcoming, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. Her professionalism and kind attitude made a great first impression and truly set the tone for my stay. Thank you for making the check-in and overall experience so smooth and pleasant.

It’s close to everything. Their breakfast was very bad .it was served like food meant for 5 people. It was served in the bar . No tea. The room smells of smoke and sheets has the same smell. The tv is very old and doesn’t have any channel. The fridge kept making a lot of noise.

There is a lady receptionist who was working in the morning shift she was really soo rude and unprofessional the way she talked to felt soo bad , even she told me that if I do have my partner and she will join me later,I will have to pay extra, I asked from where u got this information she told me check online but even she was sure about what she was talking about ? ,in the hospitality industry it needs people who are positive , people who treat and talk with guests with respect and make them come again but never to come back here again Lack of customer care by the morning lady receptionist, she made me feel soo small

Rude staffs, poor tv internet, room facilities were pathetic
