The upselling tactics were particularly shameless. They tried to sell a non-alcoholic mojito for 150 AED (around 40+ USD) — an absurd price for a mocktail with no alcohol. Even more annoying was receiving a phone call after midnight while we were already asleep, waking us up just to offer the hotel’s massage center. This level of disturbance is completely unacceptable. The worst experience was at breakfast. The buffet had just ended by about 5 minutes when my wife asked for a coffee. Despite coffee clearly being part of the included breakfast buffet and still being available, the restaurant staff insisted we pay for it separately. It felt petty and greedy, especially after we had been staying at the hotel. These practices give the impression that the hotel is more interested in squeezing every last dirham out of guests rather than providing genuine hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and respectful stay. There are much better options in the area that don’t treat guests this way.

His attention to detail was flawless, from the perfectly made bed to the pristine bathroom.Aman was incredibly reliable and fast. Every request was handled immediately with a great attitude and a helpful spirit.Final Verdict:These three gentlemen are a credit to the hotel. Their hard work, respect for privacy, and top-tier service made my trip to Moscow truly memorable. I will definitely stay here again!

The staff are exceptionally kind, friendly, and professional. From the moment you enter the hotel, you feel a warm welcome. The front desk team are always, accommodating, and eager to assist. We booked a family room, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel's ambiance is beautiful and creates a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious international dishes, and the dinner is equally enjoyable. We truly felt like VIP guests thanks to the excellent service and attention to detail.

The attitude of the entire hotel staff made it feel as though we were staying there for free. There was a complete lack of basic hospitality. From the moment you enter, no one welcomes you— even the gatekeeper does not assist with opening the door, leaving you to manage your luggage yourself. The reception staff behave with an air of arrogance, offering no courtesy or professionalism. What was particularly concerning is that this behaviour seemed directed specifically toward Asian guests, while Western guests appeared to receive far better treatment. This differential treatment was disappointing and made us feel uncomfortable. Having travelled to over forty countries, I can confidently say that even budget hotels elsewhere demonstrate far greater respect and hospitality toward their guests.

The Gym and swimming pool are good though small. The Lifeguard should ensure each pool users take the shower first before diving to maintain the quality of the water and cleanliness of the pool.
