I am a regular guest and stay for long periods, and I always choose Landmark Hotel because I feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

I loved the location, the room was clean and tidy, the staff were welcoming, especially MOE, and also the pool. The phone doesn't ring twice, there's already someone there for you, I really appreciate that.

Even no wifi in room ?

Check-in was extremely fast and efficient. The receptionist completed the process within a few minutes, exactly as promised. The staff were polite and professional throughout my stay. Free Wi-Fi was available without requiring complicated passwords or setup. Housekeeping standards appeared generally good. The breakfast was simple but tasty. Fresh omelets were prepared on request, which I appreciated. When I asked about ironing a shirt, the staff kindly provided both an iron and an ironing board free of charge. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. There are many shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and services within walking distance. After being moved to the larger room that I had originally booked through Booking.com, my overall experience improved significantly. The larger room was noticeably more comfortable and spacious. For a short layover or transit stay, the hotel provides reasonable value considering its central location. Upon arrival, I found a noticeable odor in the reception area and in the first room assigned to me. I arrived very early in the morning after a late-night flight. Since no room of the category I had booked was available, I paid separately for a smaller single room in order to rest before check-in. The cost of this temporary room was higher than the discounted Booking.com rate I later paid for the larger room I had originally reserved. In my experience, the first room felt very basic and minimalist. It contained only one towel, one pillow and one cup despite being intended for overnight accommodation. The door handle in the first room became detached when I opened the door. The odor in the first room was uncomfortable for me. After noticing many cigarette disposal containers outside the window, I suspected that the room may have previously been used as a smoking room, although I was not informed of this in advance. Guests who are sensitive to odors may wish to confirm a non-smoking room before arrival. Breakfast quality was acceptable, but I found it preferable to arrive early because some items were not always replenished promptly. The view from my room was very limited and mainly overlooked the narrow space between adjacent buildings. The larger room was more comfortable, but I still noticed signs of wear and tear, such as damaged hangers and areas where paint appeared worn. The television appeared outdated and offered a very limited selection of channels. Based on my experience, I would consider this hotel primarily suitable for short transit stays rather than a leisure vacation.
