Nothing was hot in breakfast, they serve African food only, clean need is worst, everyday morning need to ask for towel. They do not provide glass to drink water. Whole night people repack merchandise in common area in front of room door. Staff want not co-operative. Cleaning not proper, room service and house keeping very poor. Food

The hotel did not set up to expectation considering we paid more than 1k aed for two nights. We also had an emergency and checked out early and did not proceed with second night. The hotel was not understanding and insisted it's non-refundable.
