Blinds and curtains adjusted electronically. Blinds helped us to get a good sleep without any outside light interferences until we woke up at 10am.. Location and parking congested for big vehicles. Noice from surrounding night bars(not much disturbing though)

The property is located in a prime location, and the hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and respectful, especially Archana. It was a great stay with them.

Room was spacious and clean, the location was perfect, and everything felt well maintained and comfortable. The bathroom felt a bit cramped and could have been cleaner.

I have been going to this hotel for the past 7 years whenever my guests come. It is always very comfortable, and the location is excellent. I have had a very good experience every time, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and a great location. However, I think there are a few things that could be improved. The hair dryer inside the rooms should be improved or checked, and the window curtains/sheets should also be checked and maintained properly.

The hotel is located in a very crowded downtown area, which makes access inconvenient and stressful. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. There are several nightclubs inside the same hotel building, and the noise level at night was unbearable. It was impossible to sleep properly. I complained multiple times, but unfortunately no real action was taken. In addition, the room furniture is very old and looks like it hasn’t been updated in years. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay. The hotel management should seriously address the noise issue caused by the nightclubs in the same building. Guests who book rooms expect a minimum level of comfort and the ability to sleep at night. Proper soundproofing or allocating quiet floors for families and business travelers would significantly improve the experience. In addition, the rooms require renovation. Updating the furniture and modernizing the interiors would greatly enhance the overall quality and justify the price. Finally, guest complaints should be handled more professionally and proactively. When concerns are raised, immediate and effective solutions should be offered rather than ignored.

Duty manager helped my family to upgrade their room free of charge it was nice gesture and they enjoyed the stay overall area is good all the things easily available in nearby.
