No parking at all. And staff giving suggestions find RTA parking no refunds and foods they not prepared properly I ordered club sandwiche it’s came with cheese wrapper when we informed they didn’t take it seriously. Very disappointed staff not friendly at all

From front desk to house keeping everything was comfortable. Reception team is so friendly with smiling face, they will kindly listen and settle all your requests. Thambi Anna and other staffs are so supportive. After renovation hotel is awesome. This hotel will always gives me positive vibe and I never feel bored I like everything but little disappointed on pay parking. We visitors will be happy if Mr. Praveen shetty lease near by parking and provide free parking for customers

Nice modern facilities, showers and floors. Please attend to pest control, we noticed droppings we couldn't be sure where they were from until we found a rat in the room. Rat droppings are unfortunately very hazardous. We did alert the staff of course.

All Staffs are very friendly and cooperative especially Thampi and many more (don't remember name for all)... And security guards too very polite and helpful.
