The location was convenient and check-in was manageable, but unfortunately our overall experience was disappointing. I booked two rooms and the AC in both rooms was not working properly. The rooms were dirty, and there were cockroaches and other bugs, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Cleanliness standards were poor. Also, we were charged extra for a small alcohol bottle (around 30ml). We explained that we did not open it, but the staff insisted it had been opened and refilled with water and refused to reconsider. We had to pay extra despite denying it. This felt unfair and frustrating.
