The experience at the hotel was very unpleasant. The hallway and the rooms smell like cigarettes and dumbness. There was a very musky and suffocating atmosphere. It’s very unhygienic especially for a non-smoking room. The carpet smells and felt sticky. The discoloured poor quality towels were very disappointing. The stuff was not so friendly too. Very disappointed in overall with the hotel.

Location and hospitality TV channels. Very bad most of them are blank. It has only one Indian channel without sound

Nice and cozy rooms. The receptionist were sooo friendly and helpful. There is basement parking but little cramped. Location is perfect and for the price I paid it was well worth it. The restaurant staff, house keeping and engineering department were very attentive and helpful. Pool was nice. Ice buckets were on chargeable basis. Room service menu was bit over priced compared to other options i have stayed in and lacked options.

Location Hot water of bathroom was not immidaite. Took more than 5 min of keeping the faucet on and wasting plenty of water . Gym is horrible.dingy and dirty.
