Loved my stay at the hotel. Room was spotless, staff were genuinely warm and helpful, and the bed was amazing. Check-in was smooth and the location made everything easy. Would 100% stay again

It is impossible to sleep at night because of the loud noise coming from the nightclub inside the hotel. In addition, there is no parking available at night because all the spaces are occupied by the nightclub’s customers. The service is also very disappointing. For two consecutive days, we kept calling housekeeping to clean our room. They would always say “yes,” but no one ever came. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Dubai. Thank you. سكنت في هذا فندق لمدة 4 ايام موقعه لا بأس به ولاكن فندق سئ جداً جداً لا تستطيع ان تنام بليل بسبب اصور المراقص الذي موجوده في الفندق وبليل لا يوجد مواقف كل مواقف تكون محجوزه من قبل زباين المرقص فندق متعب جداً في التعامل لمدة يومين نتصل فيهم لينظفو غرفه يقولو نعم ثم لا يأتون اسواء فندق عشت فيه في دبي وشكراً

Worth to that price Didn’t provide towels we need to ask again and again

Nothing Everything was so bad , No managers at any shift to help for any issue , parking is for everyone except hotel guests, no towels until 7.00 pm . We book to have rest for next day flight but room beside us had party instead of drinking at the bar they get al cohol from outside the hotel and had party inside the room and they were more than 6 people for room of 2 only so screaming and laughing and drunken so couldn’t sleep all night . So we had to leave before 6.00 am to get rest somewhere else and when i asked for refund they refused.
