Sunday Hotel Al Barsha Dubai Mall of the Emirates

Looks good on surface. I’ve even been stranded at 2:30am after a European flight with the excuse of over-booking. The low price disguises a low service standard and deteriorating quality since I first stayed here, I avoid it now. Not for families or quality tourists. Extremely noisy ground floor disco, full of drunken louts and their hooker companions. Bathroom often not clean. Always has one unrepaired fault in every room.

I liked everything except the parking problem. The hotel has a fatal flaw, partly self-inflicted. Management evidently liked the idea of making money by subletting most if their underground parking to a separate operator, leaving hotel guests with a hopelessly inadequate handful of spaces, which are therefore constantly full and hotly contested. Meanwhile the street parking (expensive by the hour) is available during the day but because of poor urban planning, becomes a new game at night. Return to the hotel after 10pm when street parking is free till the next 8am, and you will find yourself curb-crawling the local streets endlessly hoping for an empty space somewhere. When you do find it you'll then have a sweaty long walk to get back to the hotel. So - simple advice- only use this hotel if you do not come by car.

The bathroom, bad finishing, leaking and there are no towels at all

I like the hotel and stiff was nice Only there is in the room no towel so I wait long more than 45 mnt for it

It's been 2 years that i have never changed my opinion in choosing hotels rather than this one, coordination is amazing, the employees are so nice and they talk very nice, jefferey and tizita were an amazing people i met, thanks to everyone there, 5 stars

A big NOTHING. The worst experience i had with this hotel and its staff. I booked the room through booking.com and got a confirmation that my booking was confirmed via booking number 5203504424 and i went to checkin to the hotel with my friend. The rude staff told me that my booking was cancelled and they can not allot me any room. Very rude staff even did not bothered to inform about the cancellarion. Please beware the rude staff will cancel your booking on their own consent and even they will not inform you about the cancellation. Worst experience with this hotel.

Nice and friendly team, special thanks to Jeffrey, Ayoub and Tizita Pool operating timing until 6 pm it’s too late. Room service are charging for cutlery and if you ask for glass or plate. Phone answering issues taking time and most of the time not answering

The staff are very friendly Old and dirty and smells bad and noicy

The hotel is within walking distance of Mall of the Emirates. Breakfast was okay, but there weren’t many options. The hotel is a bit old, but it’s clean, and the rooms are spacious.

Everything is brilliant especially for the reception Dina and Tizita they are very supportive and sincere

I really liked the room , very big and also the hospitality was great. Big thanks ro Tizita and her team for the warm reception. Bless?

It's cool place

Outdated, paid parking and we waited more than an hour to get is accommodated. Room is not soundproof.

Adnan and Oshini, thank you for the wonderful hospitality. You both were amazing. The room was spacious, premium, and impeccably maintained. A great stay overall.
