The cleanliness was very poor. There was hair in the shower, and the pool restrooms were dirty and disgusting. To make matters worse, I found the previous guest’s underwear in my bathroom. However, I have to give credit to the hotel staff they handled the situation professionally and compensated me for what happened. If they simply improved the hotel’s cleanliness, it would be an excellent place to stay.

The place the staff and rooms are good and clean The infinity pool where the smoking and alcohol are allowed is full of kids This should be the adults relax pool The TV casting is limited and you need to wait some hours until other guests disconnect then can connect and cast!

Excellent location, a nice pool, fast and efficient check-in, and very friendly staff. The room was not soundproof at all. You could clearly hear traffic from outside, as well as noise from neighboring rooms and doors closing in the hallway. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the best hotel for you.

The check-in staff should receive better customer service training. Their communication was unprofessional, and it felt like they lacked basic skills in how to speak with guests. A welcoming and courteous check-in experience is an important part of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, that was missing. One of the elevators had a water leak from the air conditioning, which was concerning. In the spa, some of the hand wash sinks were not working. The sauna experience was disappointing, as towels were not provided on site and we were told to bring them from our room instead.

Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and crib for the baby. Nice view from room and pool. Friendly staff. Amazing breakfast! 10 minutes walk to subway of red line, helpful to go to many places. They even got us a room in the morning, after a long flight, which was very kind. Few problems with balcony door, bedside light, but they fixed fast.

Swimming pool was busy afternoon to evening, close early at 7PM ( may be because it was weekend!). security and ground floor staff need to be more organized, pickup and drop off at entrance is difficult because it busy or no temporary parking available. Stuff sometimes does not help or notice that some people need hand with luggage ( specially people with kids or older people)
