We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Taj Dubai as a family of four. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome and were always courteous and helpful. The hospitality was excellent throughout our stay. The food was one of the highlights of our stay. We had the breakfast and dinner package, and there was a great variety of delicious Indian and international dishes every day. The quality and taste were consistently excellent, and our whole family really enjoyed the meals. The location is another big advantage. Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are just a few minutes away by taxi, making it very convenient for sightseeing. We stayed in a family room on the 32nd floor, which was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city skyline. The only small drawback was that the outside of the window glass was quite dusty, so it was difficult to fully enjoy the view or take clear photos from the room.

Authentic hospitality from everyone we encountered in the premises of Taj Dubai, from valet, security, concierge, reception, house keeping, restaurant’s attendants it is beyond the normal hospitality system. Most especially Mr. Dheeraj from the reception team who made sure we are settled properly and safely in our room and an early check-in was considered. Mr. Rajib Dey the assistant manager who spent his time with us to understand the short history and vision of Taj Dubai at the same time he made us more excited to visit India MashaAllah, as well as the latest check-out as per the availability on the following day. Everything is amazing, I just wish that the window glass will be cleaner so we can see the amazing city view clearer, though not a big deal.

The Location & price. There is no life guard at the swimming pool. A/C is little bit warm.

Clean hotel and very good Restaurant in 3rd floor. Food cost is very good especially for dinner. Swimming Pool is too small and the down side pool was not utilised well. Over crowded pool. No dress changing room was noticed.

Spacious room, Comfortable bed Before our arrival we sent to the hotel to make sure the suite is clean and smells good. We entered the grand luxury suite and found a fruit platter with a large number of flying insects hovering around it. This shocking scene has become symbolic for the entire stay. We paid to get the second best suite at the hotel, and the service we got was just poor. There is absolutely no effort to anticipate our needs, and we must go out of our way to ask for what we want, sometimes even for basic service. During the short stay, we had to escalate to the duty manager twice: once over the horrible situation with cleanliness, and once because they said no to late checkout. Cleanliness: Flying insects, probably because staff insist on seving exposed fruit in insect-prone environment. Unattentive staff: Calling any service on the phone goes unanswered. When I made this remark to the staff and they tried calling the reception from my suite to prove that I'm mistaken, their own call was left unanswered. It was embarrassing. When we send a message to their WhatsApp, the staff reads it after 30 minutes. Staff knowledge: Multiple times the staff gave us instructions for something that doesn't exist. We asked if there is a foosball table and showed them a photo,, reception said it's at Eloquent Elephant. We go there and they don't have it. We ask the engineer about the name of the TVs to connect YouTube to. They had no clue and kept testing and checking for half an hour to figure it out (and fail). We asked for the room service menu, they say there is a QR code on the TV to scan it. There isn't. It's as if the entire staff is new and didn't finish training on what's available at the hotel. Breakfast: extremely poor. Too crowded it felt like a poorly serviced canteen. We didn't get good service even and we had the second most expensive suite.
