Only I like the view that I booked the room. We could see fountains show from room. Check-in were very welcomed as same level of other reasonable hotel. However, we disappointed their customer service especially reception. Our room had problems of temperature of water so we couldn’t take a shower comfortably and we tried to help to fix but it took over 20 mins to get warm so they told us “just wait”. They didn’t do NOTHING for us. Also, they never apologized because the reception lady said to me “this is not our fault”. I hope they all learn more hospitality things before they worked as hotel staff. I will never stayed there.

Special thanks to Vishnu - from reception, for his help and patience, to Maduku and Mukhtar from the reception, Diraj from room service, the new young lady from cleaning and all the staff of the restaurant for excellent food. Generally tahnks to all staff for their services provided from 27/06 to 08/07/2026. Thank you for your hard work. You make me feel at home during my busy business trips. I’m always happy to come back. The restaurant's black and red chairs should have been changed a long time ago. Most of them are too old and damaged - the seats are very sagged in the middle after years of use, so it is uncomfortable to sit and eat. Unfortunately, during summer, sitting outside on the good furniture isn't possible due to the heat.

Perfect location near Burj Khalifa/Dubai mall, they have frequent shuttle to Mall,courteous staff ,decent breakfast ,good size room with amenities .

Spacious, clean and excellent location. There is a supermarket right next door. We had a view of the Burj Khalifa from our lounge and balcony . We watched the fountain / light show from the comfort of our sofa. Staff were efficient and friendly. Cleaning staff were courteous, polite and quick yet they performed their duties perfectly.

The apartment was spacious,clean and quiet The beds and mattresses were comfortable The location is excellent The staff are very cooperative including the housekeepers The views were marvelous and we enjoyed the fountains show from the balcony The pillows were too soft and don’t support the neck The breakfast area is too small and crowded Although there were different varieties of food,the milk has unpleasant taste and seems old

Great location right next to the fountain, with great views from our room. Large apartment with good facilities, comfy bed and very helpful staff. Breakfast area was a bit compact, but the food was great for breakfast.

Loved the view. The 1 bedroom apartment was very comfortable and cozy. I liked having a kitchen to cook some meals. I liked having a small supermarket next door to the hotel. Loved the breakfast. I didn't realize during the booking that the one bedroom apartments don't have a view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony. I ended up switching to a toom without balcony that had the perfect view. I wasn't sure why the windows didn't open when there are balconies all throughout. I also didn't like the fact that there's no direct access to the fountains from the hotel. People need to walk for about 10 minutes to get to the fountains.
