Location is just perfect. Access to Dubai Mall, The Top of Burj Khalifa and the fountain is worth it. It is not that I do not like the room price...because it is worth what you pay for.

This was honestly one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had - a true 10/10 experience. From the moment you enter, everything feels calm, elegant, and perfectly organized. The atmosphere is quiet and refined, not crowded or chaotic, and you immediately feel taken care of. The rooms are beautifully designed - minimalist but warm - with extremely high attention to detail. Everything feels premium: the materials, the lighting, the bathroom, the bed comfort. Housekeeping was flawless and consistent, and the room always felt fresh and perfectly prepared. Service is where this hotel really stands out. Staff are professional but also very human and approachable — not robotic, not intrusive - just genuinely helpful. Every request was handled quickly and smoothly. Food and dining were excellent. Great quality, great presentation, and a relaxed atmosphere in the restaurants. Nothing felt rushed, and the service level stayed high at all times. Amenities and facilities are top class and very well maintained. Also, despite being in such a famous and busy location, the hotel itself feels peaceful and private, which is impressive.

It had access to the Dubai Mall and residents could easily access the Atmosphere. Food was slow to come at breakfast. Our room had a water leak outside the room entrance

The entrance smell. I had a terrible experience with Armani starting from the double charge then the amount of times to call the hotel and ask for the refund, also long time for the deposit refund, plus room service lunch was bad, and the room experience as a whole. Although I made an early reservation to celebrate my husband's birthday we reached and no amenities were provided, I had to call and ask them and it ruined my surprise. I also asked for a crib which was not there and my baby was sleepy! The room view was not nice, not worth the price at all. The room was not well maintained, you can see the scraped walls. The lunch was very salty and not worth the price at all. I have informed them. Overall it was one of the terrible experiences at one of the most luxurious hotels in the world.

The location is absolutely perfect - everything is just around the corner. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The concierge was truly exceptional, one of the best we’ve ever encountered in our travels. He was knowledgeable, gave excellent recommendations, and everything he arranged worked flawlessly. The hotel feels a bit outdated, and the design tends to dominate usability almost everywhere. The lighting controls are unintuitive. The curtain controls are unintuitive. The TV controls are unintuitive. The shower knobs make it difficult to get the water temperature right. Finding your way around the hotel without constantly asking for directions is nearly impossible. Nothing personal, but this place would be great if it weren’t designed by Armani.

Ive never experienced that level of staff service. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Big thanks to the door man Yagea, who took care of my suitcases once I’ve checked out, great attitude and care. Will definitely come back to this hotel.
