Location and easy entry to mall, indoor and very close to reception. Helpful staff and welcoming. Comfortable rooms and all amenities provided. Breakfast ends at 10:30 am but even if you come minutes before 10:30 am you are not allowed to enter. Entry should be fine if before 10:30 am. Hotel is clean but some rooms need renovation.

I had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai. The location is perfect with direct access to Dubai Mall, the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. A special thank you to Mayar for her outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and kindness. She made the stay even more enjoyable and was always willing to help. For any future bookings, I highly recommend contacting her. The only issue I experienced was that the 7th floor had an unpleasant odor in the hallway, which affected the overall experience. I would recommend avoiding accommodation on the 7th floor until this issue is resolved. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

The location was very nice and convenient, with direct access to Dubai Mall, and the breakfast was good with a decent selection. The staff in the breakfast area need to improve their attentiveness and service quality. The room had a city view, but unfortunately it was noisy due to constant car horns, which affected the overall comfort. The shower head was initially blocked; it was repaired after I reported it.

- the location - the hotel have nothing to do with Kempinski, bad AC, no AC in the elevator, long waiting for the elevator. - the room is small and smelly, the furniture is used alot and rustic. - the bathroom is so strange, small sink and slow water. - the club lounge is smaller than the room !!

Everything is convenient here and amazing stay. The staff went above and beyond that we didn’t have to worry about anything. They instantly turned a frown upside down from us missing a connecting flight. Perfect stay for young families and pls look for Mayar. She is amazing! Nothing it was great.
