I really enjoyed my stay at Shada Hotel Dubai. The hotel is beautiful, the service was great, and I especially loved the room design — it felt stylish, cozy, and unique. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The only downside was the noise insulation, as we could hear people in the hallways and from neighboring rooms. It was a bit disturbing, especially at night, and made it difficult to sleep at times.

Where do I start! The attention to details, beautifully designed hotel that welcomes you with a beautiful scent and extremely friendly and amazing staff. They are so sharp and each employee is really there to support you. The cafe is perfect, amazing speciality coffee with great selection of chocolate. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Beautiful spacious terrace. There is literally nothing negative about Shada

Great value for the price. Close to The Museum of the future and only two metro stations away from downtown Dubai There is an on-going construction close by, so the room was a bit noisy early morning.

I want to complain about my visit yesterday and express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience. I regret booking for the second time; you let me down. The room service was poor; the bed linens smelled bad, the rooms were overly worn, and the amenities were limited. There weren't even enough laundry bags or toiletries for two people. All my requests were denied, even the simplest ones. I didn't get a change of replacements for coffee cups because my request refused. The service was terrible, the facilities were inadequate, and the overall standard of the stay was low. very late response and no proficiency at all in all levels!! I left my room at 10 PM and couldn't leave that night due to the emergency alarm. Please consider my request, and I would like a full refund. Every corner of the hotel is worth the money Nothing

We really enjoyed our stay! We especially loved the room — it was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything in the room was well organized and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, we liked the room very much — it was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. However, we were a bit disappointed because there was construction noise during our stay, which made it difficult to fully relax. Aside from that, everything else was good.

Good location, clean room, polite staff, and smooth check-in. Overall comfortable stay From Feb 15 onward, room lights stopped working at night. Reported immediately but never fixed. We had to stay 3 nights in a dark room. Very disappointing.

It was calm and peaceful. They have decent swimming pool and there is theater (which I didn’t experience) There is parking or any facility before checking in and possibility of getting fines
