Location Always, I stay in Sheraton Mall of the Emirates, but this time I had a very bad experience, which will make me think many times before go back. I had a problem in my room, but the reception refused to change my room so I checked out from the first night and I requested my refund. They said you have to deal with Booking.com.

the breakfast is poor and not matching the 5 star hotel. the view of the room over a parking area although i have asked the receptionist to give me a nice view

Ideal location The water was too weak , the buffet was very limited in breakfast options

The staff were very professional and helpful. i particularly remember one staff, I think his name was Manzi whom was very considerate as I have mobility problems. House keeping was very friendly.

Location, Staff service, Price (although impacted by the recent events I believe), Breakfast, views from the room, Access to the Emirates Mall - Hotel entrance from the mall not well signed or obvious - Road access to the hotel entrance a bit awkward, the navigation maps are misleading - While the room is very well set-up and equipped, it seems a little outdated or does not impart the feeling of high end luxury.

In Dec. 2024 i booked a hotel in Bali and I cancelled my stay and till now u didn’t give me back my money even though i ve sent u many messages. I will report u everywhere on social media

My 2-day stay was very nice, was hoping it was longer. Lovely specious room, Comfy bed, Refreshing shower, easy mirroring system to play my music from my mobile to the tv in the room. Special shout out to Mr. Mahmoud for his friendly and welcoming attitude at the front desk
