Rooms are very big, have balcony and full kitchenette. Full size windows give good view and sunlight. Location is very very good. Close to a mero station, Malls, restaurants and Hyper markets. Housekeeping can be better. Toileteries and towels in the bathroom were inadequate.

The studio was massive. Hotel in a great location. Checking in at 5pm and the room is not ready. Met excrement in the toilet pot. No kitchen utensils in the room Wrong WiFi password given to us. Reception not picking up call on time. It takes like for ever for housekeeping to show up to clean up the mess. Stepped out and returned in the evening and room was still not made up and when I asked the reply was “ for now we are short of staff.” Parking lot entrance is another drive around the hotel. I can’t name it all. Was never worth the stress of going there.

Breakfast is very basic and repeated daily, and the quality wasn't good. The hotel needs renovation, especially the bathroom.

Great location, close to the metro and two large shopping centres. The facilities are rather rundown and certain things like shower need replacing.

They have a big problem with the windows and the doors off the balcony. All are locked. I asked for the balcony key to the reception but the answer was "We can't give you the key because that's what the management decided". It's a very bad thing, because some of us are smoking and the smoking it's forbidden in the room. Why I have a balcony if I can't use it?

- Room Size. - We got Corner room , I like the arrangement inside. - Bit bad smell in the lobby. Better use some Air Freshers. - I went Sauna around 9.30AM (18th Jan) , They did not ON it. After ON it, I stay 30mints to Temp. come up. But It did not come and waste my time. The person who handles there has NO clue. Then I never use Sauna/Pool again. - This is my 3rd time stay in this place. But this time I have recognized , now poorly maintain the property.
