We didn’t like anything in your hotel in these 8 days Staff was too bad behaviour in reception…they are not at all ready to solve our issues in the room…AC was not working…Heater is not working…when we inform the reception they are not concerned about our issue…we have to shout at them for repairing the AC…Totally waste of money.

Location No cleanliness, everything is old and outdated, bed mattresses are uncomfortable, rooms are smelly, noisy rooms, even bedsheets were not clean. Had a horrible experience

I did not like anything at all!! I had one of the worst hotel experiences here. The room was extremely dirty, the lighting was very dim, there was no proper door lock, and the washroom was in terrible condition. When we requested to change the room, the replacement given was exactly the same. We then asked for a refund (just 10 minutes after paying), but the staff refused. Instead, they gave us a blank, emotionless response and did not show any willingness to resolve the issue. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Poor facilities, unhygienic conditions, and unprofessional staff attitude made the entire experience very disappointing. Definitely not recommended.
