Amazing Hotel and Staff Nothing

Nice aesthetic, clean and specious. Nice breakfast. Lack of staff. Average service. Ordered dine in and then received a call that there is a huge queue and better to cancel the order as it might take more than 1 hour. Ended up canceling the order. Asked for toothbrushes twice but it took them 1 hour to bring it. Ordered coffee and never showed up.

Beautiful room. Construction view. Lovely staff. Slightly slow service - had to chase up a few times Pool is lovely Construction view, noise from construction. Could have been upgraded to a burj view, considering the occupancy in the hotel

The property was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The team paid great attention to detail and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure guests had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The only downside was the check-in process. Although we arrived at 3:30 PM, we didn’t receive all of our rooms until 5:30 PM. The long wait was disappointin

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was beautiful as well and the balcony scene was gorgous The fridge was small for us to put our food and drinks inside. The TV sometimes used to switch on by itself at night when we were asleep. I was surprised when the hotel staff gave me a paper telling me to sign to pay 150 aed just because the hotel staff brought my deliveries from talabat to the room when i told them many times that i will bring by myself and they didnt tell me that they will charge me on that so i was unpleased. In addition, the hotel prices are very high to stay in.
