The property was amazing! Incredible room design, technology and insane bathroom. Very nice bathtub and shower, heated toilet seat and great bathrobes. The gym is absolutely great. Is better equipped than most of the commercial gyms in the city. The pool is also great! You have both shade and sun during the day. And the staff were really nice to offer us a complimentary cake when they heard we are celebrating our engagement. Amazing hotel, and stay! Would DEFF recommend The staff could inform you more about the rules. Where to pick-up food delivery, where you order the cabs etc. But its fine either way - if you ask them they are very polite

A special thanks to Hakam at the reception for their warm welcome and excellent customer service. They were both very kind, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. I also really appreciated the flexibility with the late check-out until 6:00 PM, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Paramount Hotel Dubai. I look forward to staying here again!
