The location is great, with Dubai Mall just a short distance away, making it very convenient for exploring the city.

It's clean and beautiful The swimming pool close at 07:00 pm

Customer service especially at the front desk and dining I lost hair gel, lipstick and small hair brush in the room. Too small to notice but I did coz I had used them b4 I left. The hotel needs lockable closets to ensure small stuff remain safe.

we were given a room without the tub - and we raised this to the reception - they were quick to change it , the room size is big - plus - i love how friendly and accomodating the staff are . i hope they can use nespresso machine instead of the 3n 1 coffee:) ive visted 4 star hotels and they usually have this - the tv is not a smart tv - you can only connect your devide with hdmi

The hotel was clean, modern, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the beautiful city views. Nil

I had a very disappointing experience with this property. Just one day before my arrival, they informed me that they could not provide the room because the facilities were closed. They then arranged another hotel for me, but when I arrived there, I was not happy with the room at all. The view was also very poor, facing the highway. After paying more than 700 AED for one night, this experience did not feel worth it at all. Because of the inconvenience, I had to cancel that booking and book another hotel at the last minute, which was very stressful and frustrating. Overall, this was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

I loved this hotel. From the moment you walked in the staff were friendly and respectful. It was an amazing stay, clean and the pool area was incredible. You are slightly further from things so taxis do cost quite a bit. The breakfast could be better. A bird ate some of my friend’s breakfast as she sat down. A member of staff then took her food away which I can understand but I was disappointed.

The stuff was very polite and professional the room was in good location and great view

The location was great and the breakfast was amazing We kept having issues with the tv that they couldn’t seem to fix. We would be watching something and all of a sudden the tv would shut off for a minute or two and then come back on.
