There was dropping of water from the ceiling in a bathroom. we called the maintenance and they fixed it.

The location only The staff was so rough and refused to help even though the matter was little.. The ac in the room was hot and they didn’t come fix it nor change the room.. The valley takes ages to get there.

The polite stuff, the cleanliness, the spacious rooms and the location. They even had a very nice air freshener that they sprayed in the rooms and the reception Nothing at all.

Nothing I frequently visit Dubai. This is one hotel I’m not returning to. Bed is uncomfortable, bathroom uncomfortable, coffee machine didn’t work, replaced it and still the new one didn’t work. Staff take long to respond to requests. No taxis available at the hotel you have to go to the hotel nearby and request taxis, but the service of taxis is too slow can take 15-30 minutes waiting for a ride. It would barely pass as a 2 star hotel.

Convenient location, just few minutes away (by taxi) from Dubai Mall. 24/7 grocery stores around and across the street. The studio apartment was spacious enough for a couple. Had a balcony, fully equipped kitchen and really good laundry machine. Place is clean and new. Soundproof with comfortable bed. Reception and housekeeping team doing great job! Can catch “Dubai taxi” on the street right outside the hotel. Excellent quality for affordable price. Highly Recommended! We’ll be glad to stay here again.
