Size of the room was great and light controls are handy. The location is good and there is a nearby grocery shop. The lobby is clean and nice to set in. I don't feel comfortable in a glass toilet :(.

The location and the price. The staff wasn’t very helpful. I had an issue with the water in my room and went to the reception more than three times asking to change my room, but nothing was done. As a result, I had to stay in a room without a proper carpet, which made my stay uncomfortable. I expected better service and a quicker response to such an issue.

They didn’t have the stuff in the room we have to call them to bring it so we have to wait … they need to have toothbrushes and slippers and robes not necessary in the room

Location and the size First the room when I checked in was not clean , hair was on the bed and floor I called room service they not come directly I called them again then they came and cleaned it , third day I go out and back after 6 hours The room was not clean I called them they didn’t come and after half hour I called them again then They come, last night also they same I called them because the room not clean no body come then I go down and I asked them to clean the room , also i have received order from amzon they didn’t inform me till I go down and ask them for it and again yesterday I received another order I called them to bring it to the room no one bring it after half hour I go down and take it , this is the first time I didn’t like my stay in Dubai my favorite city , also pool in first floor is not good there is no sun because of high buildings

He truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Highly recommended The hallway connecting the rooms could be cleaner and would benefit from more frequent cleaning.

The receptionists are nice especially Th something forgot his name but he is a sweet man and Mohamad I guess who makes everything easy the guy who is always in the evening shift. Nothing at all, classy at its best.

What shocked me the most is that this hotel is only around one year old, yet it already feels poorly maintained and extremely dirty. From the moment I entered, I noticed serious cleanliness issues. The lobby bathroom was disgusting and clearly not cleaned properly. It was dirty to a level that made me uncomfortable even using it. Every floor seemed to have garbage around, which gave a very bad impression and made the entire hotel feel neglected. The room they gave me was also not clean at all. It honestly felt like only the visible areas were cleaned while dirt was hidden under the carpet and even under the sofa. Finding hidden dirt in a room you are paying for is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I paid expecting a clean and comfortable stay, especially in a relatively new hotel, but instead I left feeling disappointed and upset. Management seriously needs to improve hygiene and maintenance standards because this experience was far below expectations. I would not choose to stay here again

Our stay was wonderful we got enough time to enjoy the facilities and the location was very convenient for us Nothing every staff was exceptional the best you can find anywhere.from Front desk the big muscle gentleman I think he’s a manager was really very very professional and with an excellent attitude

This hotel is extremely clean, modern, and accommodating. It completely exceeded my expectations. The rooms are great, the bed is super comfortable, and the overall ambience and vibe were above expectations.

They don’t clean the rooms and hotel is not clean
