The decor is stylish and unique, with a pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. The bed was also very comfortable. Unfortunately, we had to change rooms twice before getting an acceptable room. The first two rooms had balconies that were not properly insulated, allowing outside humidity to enter the room. As a result, everything felt damp, including the textiles, which retained unpleasant odors. Noise insulation was also very poor, and traffic noise from outside was clearly audible in the room. In addition, the first two rooms were not clean enough: the bathroom tiles had stains and cleaning appeared incomplete. The third room was much better—cleaner and without the humidity and noise issues—but it is disappointing to have to change rooms twice in order to get a satisfactory stay. Overall, this hotel feels more like a 4-star property than a 5-star one. Breakfast was decent, but for a 5-star hotel, some essentials were missing, such as cheese and fresh orange juice. I understand that room rates may currently be lower due to market conditions, but this does not fully explain the gap in quality.

Not my first time staying in mama shelter hotel , my kids loves the pool and room style ,reception staff really friendly The day I checked IN the room was NOT clean , blanket was dirty , i called them to change it , they change around 4-5 blanket each of them was dirty too ,, the lifeguard in the pool gave my son MOONBALL and my son was super happy , the time we was going up to our room he came and took the ball from my son , if you don’t want to give it to my son , dont show him or give hem and take it bad , he ruined my day and son day

The hotel is amazing! The place has such a cozy vibe. We loved the pool, and they even have a kids’ cinema which was a great touch. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Special thanks to Deniz at the reception he is so friendly with the kids – really appreciated!
