Easy in and out of business Bay Area, very wonderful staff at all levels, nice restaurant down in front of canal, very convenient and good for value. The tv channels selection is poor and the system tends to lag.

Staff was very friendly specially Chita, a very welcoming staff appreciate her attitude. Also the room size is very large and well designed. Breakfast is good and diverse. Also parking is available Still there is a lot of construction around the hotel. No mosque close you have to drive 7-9 minutes.

Room and bathroom were spacious. Comfy bed. Library of books in the lobby. Good breakfast. Attentive workers. Found a stained bedsheet when we entered our room. (When we informed the hotel, it promptly sent someone to replace them.) The evening manager was careless; he was just standing around while check-in took ages because there was only one receptionist. This was all in view of the manager who preferred to stand in the lobby area doing nothing rather than assist guests waiting at the front desk.
