Although I arrived 43 minutes after the official check-in time, I was still asked to wait because my room was not ready. If the room was not prepared even after that, it makes me wonder when rooms are actually expected to be ready for the next guest. This created a disappointing first impression and negatively affected the start of my stay. I hope the hotel improves its room preparation and check-in process.

Wonderful view of Burj Khalifa. Breakfast was great and the whole breakfast team was very accommodating to any special request we had. Apart from the buffet items there were chef recommendation to choose from which was a nice option to have. Complimentary evening snacks and drinks was a nice refreshing option. Housekeeping staff did a great job. Nothing really but pillows can be more comfortable.

Very clean and elegant hotel

I did not like the door seperation between the rooms as it was noisy on the first night. The person next door made wailing sounds followed by screaming (it was strange abnormal behaviour). Thank you to Danielle who addressed the issue immediately and dealt with it accordingly.
