The service and the staff communication, I mentioned in my reservation that I am staying at the hotel for a special occasion, and they have not prepared anything in the room, and when I communicated this to after checking in the response was that they don't have any fruit baskets ?. At least they can offer an upgrade or let us know this before checking in and will be understandable.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It was extremely dirty, and there were insects on the bed. The staff were not helpful at all, and there was absolutely no privacy—they entered our room while we were asleep just to clean it, without any notice or permission. من اسوء الفنادق اللي مريت فيها بحياتي، مو نظيف ابدااا وكان في حشرات ع الفراش، الستف ابدا مو متعاونين، و مافي خصوصيه الستف يدخلون علينا ونحن راقدين!!! عشان ينظفون

The hotel has a great location, is very clean, and all of the staff were friendly and professional. I would especially like to thank Kareem and Ebtisam for their outstanding support and hospitality. They truly went above and beyond to ensure guests receive the best possible service. Their dedication and genuine care made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I liked the location and i would love to thank Mariam the manager she was so helpful and nice First of all the staff were sooooo bad especially the security they were sooooo disrespectful Also there was a problem in the AC i called them to fix it but they didn’t also the fridge is broken they don’t answer when i call them

The room and balcony were excellent. The hotel is welcoming, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a convenient location. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and patient throughout our stay. The elevators were quite slow and often took a long time to arrive, especially during peak hours. The breakfast selection could also be improved with more variety and better quality options.

I had already fully paid for 3 nights and even had proof of payment from my bank statement. Despite this, two men came knocking on my door around 10 PM while I was asleep, telling me I had to leave the room. What made the situation worse was that reception was not answering the phone at all, leaving me confused and uncomfortable without any explanation. This situation was handled in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way, especially for a guest traveling alone. I expected much better communication and organization from a hotel of this standard.

they upgraded my room. the staff is very helpful and supportive. clean service always available and the hairdresser amazing. there was a false fire alarm with an extremely loud sirene. it disturbed us a lot. and we had to ask for upgrade they didn't proactively offer. other than that everything was ok.

Nothing The hotel location is very bad The view of the room was very very bad, it supposed to be Burj Khalifa but we can see only half Burj khalifa and the rest is full of construction sites The service is very slow The breakfast is baaaaad, the restaurant is like a night club and the food is literally 2 dishes The price is high while there is a drop in the prices The beds and pillows are old and not comfortable The room AC is very bad I don’t recommend it at allll

The view was great , the room it was clean big , the bathroom was nice , There’s is no suhoor despite its an Islamic country which is not logic we wanted to take suhoor but they said that they have only breakfast even though in other hotels they provide it , Staff as 5 stars property should be more engaging with guests and friendly , honestly I did not feel it’s 5 stars at this point
